All digital products are delivered instantly. Upon completing your purchase, you will automatically receive an email with a link to access your video tutorials or download your files. No physical items will be shipped for digital purchases.
​Physical Products (Handmade Toys)
​Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
​Shipping Method: All physical orders are shipped via standard international mail with a tracking number.
​Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery to the USA and Canada typically takes 10 to 21 business days. Delivery to Europe takes 7 to 14 business days. Please note that these are estimates and postal delays may occasionally occur.
​Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
