Refund & Return Policy
​Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products (online masterclasses, video tutorials, and downloadable patterns), all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and access to the digital content is granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Exception: If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital item twice within 24 hours, please contact us immediately, and we will refund the duplicate transaction.
​Physical Products
I gladly accept returns and exchanges for physical handmade items if you are not satisfied.
​Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
​Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
​Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
​Damaged items: If your physical item arrives damaged during transit, please contact me immediately at mrscrooger88@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging, so we can resolve the issue.
