Digital Products Refund Policy
​Due to the digital nature of our products (online masterclasses, video tutorials, and downloadable patterns), all sales are final.
​Once a purchase is completed and access to the digital content is granted, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
​Exceptions:
The only exception to this strict no-refund policy is an accidental duplicate purchase. If you accidentally buy the exact same masterclass twice within a 24-hour period, please contact me immediately at mrscrooger88@gmail.com. I will gladly verify the duplicate transaction and issue a refund for the extra charge.
​If you experience any technical issues with accessing your masterclass or viewing the videos, please don’t hesitate to reach out! I am always here to help and will make sure you get full access to the materials you purchased.
